Content Writer (Volunteer)
The Content Writer will be responsible for creating compelling, concise and SEO user-friendly written and visual content to help drive awareness of animals who are looking for their forever home. This is a collaborative role that will work with IT, Social Media and other Content Writers in creating content for the website, blogs and for distribution on other platforms.
IT Support and System Trainer ​ (Volunteer)
This volunteer role will suit a talented IT Support person who is keen to work closely with the IT Support Team Leader and other teams within Furry Friends to resolve their queries related to data entry, systems tasks and any IT related function. The role also includes training team members in the use of the application specific to their particular role within Furry Friends. Experience in web application support in general will ensure a quick learning curve.
Web Designer ​ (Volunteer)
This position is responsible for creating the visual design and layout of websites. A web designer should use various design tools and software to create the overall look and feel of the website, including color schemes, typography, and images. A web designer ensures that the website is user-friendly and easy to navigate by designing intuitive user interfaces, by collaborating with content writers, foster carers, fundraisers, and social media volunteers to create high-quality website content.
HR Recruitment Officer ​(Volunteer)
The HR Recruitment Officer will manage a range of tasks across the recruitment function, including but not limited to, developing position descriptions, writing job advertisements, shortlisting candidates, organising interviews, drafting interview questions, conducting reference checks and credentialing and will ensure successful on-boarding of all volunteers. You will need to be able to work remotely as part of a small team.
